Graphic designer - Tamil - Telugu - Malayalam language

• Design and develop a variety of ad formats for digital and print channels including social media ads display banners app store creatives and landing pages.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Translate audio content into visually compelling layouts and concepts that resonate with listeners.
• Utilize strong typography imagery and color palettes to create a consistent and engaging brand experience.
• Stay uptodate on the latest design trends and best practices in the digital advertising landscape.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
• (Bonus): Leverage AIpowered design tools (e.g. Midjourney DALLE 2) to generate initial concepts and enhance creative efficiency.

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Communication or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 years of experience in designing for digital advertising and/or the publishing industry.
• Proven ability to translate concepts into creative and effective visuals.
• Strong understanding of design principles typography and color theory.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for audiobooks and a deep understanding of the digital media landscape.
• (Bonus): Familiarity and working knowledge of AIpowered design tools.
• Tamil Telugu Malayalam language proficiency is a must!
