Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Bengaluru
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in developing visually appealing and impactful designs for various marketing collaterals and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Design posters flyers and other promotional materials for use on social media platforms ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
2. Create short videos related to services and products following creative briefs and guidelines for social media use.
3. Develop design concepts and artwork for product campaigns collaborating with marketing teams to effectively communicate key messages.
4. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.
5. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
6. Ensure fast turnaround time for design deliverables while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders seeking feedback and incorporating suggestions into design work.
Competencies Required:
1. Ability to quickly understand design requirements and project objectives.
2. Demonstrated high degree of creativity and artistic flair.
3. Capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
4. Strong ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
5. Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Good communication skills both verbal and written.
7. High energy level and enthusiasm for creative work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related field.
- 13 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.
- Experience with video editing software is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and design best practices.
- Strong understanding of typography color theory and layout design principles.
Salary:
- Up to 300000 per annum plus performancebased incentives.
