Graphic Design Assistant internship

As we continue to grow we are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Design Assistant to join our Marketing team. As a Graphic Designer you will have the opportunity to develop visually captivating designs for our sneaker collections marketing campaigns and branding assets while highlighting our commitment to veganism and sustainability. As an integral member of the Brand team you will help shape our visual identity and contribute to our positive impact on the environment and society.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visual Identity: Continue developing the identity of SAYE together with the Brand Creative Manager with the goal of creating a visually strong valuable and internationally recognizable brand.
• Digital Assets Design: Design (and development) of digital assets (static and video) across various digital platforms: social media web newsletters ads and editorials.
• Offline Assets Design: Develop innovative designs for product packaging print materials wholesale catalogs and other marketing collateral.
• Crossdepartment collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing Product and Wholesale teams to conceptualize and create graphics that align with our brand vision.
• Innovation: Stay uptodate with fashion trends industry best practices and emerging design techniques to ensure our brand remains fresh and relevant.
• Creative thinking: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute with creative ideas that push the boundaries of sneaker design and graphic aesthetics. Take part creatively in campaigns special releases and ongoing content.

ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Portfolio: Portfolio showing your graphic design skills with a focus on brand image and visual storytelling.
• Photoshop Illustrator Premiere & InDesign: Good knowledge of the Adobe package especially in the category of creativity and design: graphic design and editorial. Great use of video editing and motion graphics will be valuable.
• Figma: Strong skills with the tool used internally to develop assets such as ads and social media content.
• Curious Fastlearner: Keep up with new trends as the design industry moves forward and evolves rapidly.
• Fashion & Sustainability Oriented: Passion for contemporary design fashion and aesthetic value. Familiarity with sustainable design practices ecofriendly materials vegan fashion is a plus.
• Creativity: Ability to understand & interpret creative briefs and translate them into visually compelling designs that reflect our values.
• Communication & teamwork: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Organized: Strong organizational skills multitasking abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Attention to detail: Graphic design is like baking. Its the details that make the difference.
• Languages: Excellent command of Spanish and a good level of English (minimum a B2 level).
