We are a small but mighty team of 16 mainly based in the centre of Bristol. We value integrity teamwork and continuous improvement.

Role

In your role as Graduate Sales Executive Renewable Energy youll be a crucial part of the UK sales team responsible for both prospective customers and existing accounts.

Start Date

We are looking for up to 2 people to join the team and the start date can be immedaite or later in 2024 (between May and September).

Tasks

What youll be doing at Renewable Exchange

  • We are looking for people who can build longterm relationships with clients ensure satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey and help grow new opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Speak with new customers on phone & video calls and help onboard them to the platform whilst promoting the benefits of using Renewable Exchange.
  • Ask engaging questions to fully understand our customers situation and needs enabling us to offer the best solution for their circumstances.
  • Maximise customer renewals on the platform through a relationshipfirst sales ethos and grow revenue from new customers responding to our marketing campaigns.
  • Be curious! The energy industry is constantly changing and our customers value our expertise. A successful candidate will be eager to learn and evolve with the business to ensure we remain market leaders.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Either a graduate with a 2:1 or higher degree or an applicant with 2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Eager to learn and an excellent communicator on phone video calls emails and inperson meetings.
  • Motivated and driven to deliver the best service possible to our clients and develop longterm relationships.
  • Wellorganised with exceptional planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Finally wed love you to share our passion for sustainability and the journey to netzero!
