Our client based in Maidstone is a specialist manufacturer who is currently looking for a Graduate Engineer to join their growing business. If you hold a degree or diploma in Engineering, enjoy solving problems, and can work as part of a team, then this is the role for you!

This role would suit someone with a recent degree or diploma in Engineering and keen to gain experience in a production environment.

Responsibilities include:
- Conducting routine maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Performing preventative maintenance tasks to minimize equipment
- Responding promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies, providing timely and effective solutions
- Sourcing and ordering spare parts and equipment as needed

Candidate profile:
- Degree or diploma in Engineering
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-orientated with a focus on precision and accuracy
- Knowledge of Office 365
- High level of Mathematics
