• PMO Governance Change Management ITIL Remedy JIRA.
• Responsible for the managing technology change risks and ensuring compliance of enterprise standards related to material and nonmaterial technical changes.
• Works directly with Developers Product Owners Change Coordinator and Change Manager well as Risk and Compliance partners.
• Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience in the banking industry.
• Understanding of Enterprise Change Standards.
• Understanding of tools CECE PPRT.
• Prior experience with Agile Framework.
• Understanding of tools Remedy JIRA.
• Strong experience with PMO Governance and Project Management Quality Assurance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solicit input from others.
• Strong experience with Enterprise change standards.
• Individual contributor who is comfortable owning deliverables.
• Ability to work in a high paced work environment.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
• Organized and detail oriented able to manage multiple workstreams.
• ITIL Foundation or ITIL Service transition certified.
