Go-to-market Manager Creative Cloud for teams SMB

MW Partners is currently seeking a Gotomarket Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Partner with Marketing Sales Operations and Product teams to develop and execute business plans that deliver quarterly sales goals
• Drive crossfunctional efforts to execute on actions that drive customer acquisition success measuring outcomes and coursecorrecting when necessary
• Work with analytics on the use of datadriven business models to optimize acquisition funnels across routes to market
• Obsess over all try and buy customer experience journeys identify opportunities for improvement and drive crossfunctional teams to deliver

Requirements:

• MBA preferred
• Strong experience leading crossfunctional multidisciplinary teams to launch highimpact business initiatives. Extensive experience managing complex projects to completion.
• Ability to rapidly assess a problem define options evaluate and execute to address critical business issues
• Demonstrated excellence in conceptual thinking and analytical problemsolving
• Extraordinary communication skills both verbal and written at all levels
• BS/BA with 5 years GTM marketing software high tech operations or management consulting experience
