Job Description GM Legal
Location: Baner Pune
Company: An ISOcertified leading EPC company working in renewable energy on PAN INDIA providing world class services from concept to commissioning for wind and solar projects and transmission distribution sector.
Role: The legal person is responsible for Legal Due Diligence documentation vetting TSR clearance for acquiring Land for wind and solar projects interacting with customers legal team third party lawyers for clearing the land queries/issues. Drafting and reviewing Land related commercial contracts
Requirements
LLB with relevant experience of 715 Years in same field.
Due Diligence of Land Working with Customers Legal team and Law Firm in resolution of all queries related to clearance of Title Due Diligence.
Leading team for drafting of Agreement to Lease Lease Deed Agreement to Sale Sale Deed Consent Deed Confirmation Deed Partition Deed Land Aggregation Agreement etc.
Leading the team for document collection required for completing Title search Report.
Good knowledge in Land Acquisition Process including site selection support in Title study Registration process and mutation TILR and NA etc.
Intermediate idea of renewable project approvals required for evacuation purposes and commissioning.
Application for Mutation and NA conversion.
Ensure timely land aggregation & procurement of statutory permits applicable for the project.
Coordinate with internal resources and business associates for the flawless execution of the projects.
Communicate with utilities and various statutory authorities as and when required. Maintaining MIS and collating all data as per business requirement. Build risk evaluation process and ideate risk mitigation strategy
Meet key clients officials Law firms on regular intervals to build relationships.
Should have excellent convincing ability and solution oriented approach.
Hands on experience of Drafting Commercial contracts to be signed with clients and vendors for development of RE projects and real estate
Should have hands on exposure in Labour Law Land Revenue Laws Industrial Law Corporate Law Banking Law Competition Law Commercial Law and FEMA etc.
Excellent report writing and communication skills.
