Job Title : Global Treasury Management Analyst

Location : Charlotte NC

Duration : 12months

Job Description;

• Manager wants to see someone who has been on the treasury ops and business management side at a program level

• Not looking for a treasury manager or a product owner

• Not looking for someone involved in testing for ISO requirements for Swift. Wants someone who sees a new ISO come out

they pull a report and work to propose a go forward initiative on how wf can be compliant

• Not looking for someone with broader regulatory experience would need to be within financial crimes area

• Not capital markets either this is more within the weeds of the payments world

• Extensive experience with wires and knowledge of swift product standards and implementation

• Looking for someone who manage and hold the business accountable for various deliverables within payments. The

business has action items assigned to them this person would also track those deliverables.

• This person will help deliver the work not just create a roadmap like a PO

• This person would also work with key treasury ops partners to find go forward solutions

• The prior consultant had a great blend of ops and product exp (more on program and ops side) product being GTM as a

product offering that is the purpose of this group with the goal being payment transparency

Responsibilities:

• Work with the business to manage and track deliverables within the wires space in payments to meet compliance

standards/policies

• Partner with key operational partners and product owners to find go forward solutions

• Gather data pull reports and analyze to propose solution oriented thinking to reach compliance

• Adhere to payment product standards

Must Haves:

• 7 years of relevant enterprise level experience at a Financial/Banking Institution Business Execution Implementation

Program Management or Strategic Planning experience

• Understanding of business and delivering longerterm and largescale solutions

• Experience in Treasury program and project management ideally involving regulatory compliance

• Understanding of core payment systems particularly wire (Fedwire CHIPS SWIFT)

• Experience working in the wires space at a financial institution

• MS Office experience
