As aGlobal Partnerships Manager for the CorporateSector at Odilo you will play a pivotal role in hunting and nurturing relationships with significant indirect sales partners & private or public organisations that can help Odilo grow in a scalable and efficient way in the corporate sector vertical. The Global Partnerships Account Manager will develop a deep understanding of how Odilo works and will add value to Odilo by closing new partnerships across the world with highly reputable partners by taking the lead in the day to day management of existing partners by enabling partners through training and coaching initiatives and by doing everything possible to accelerate the growth of the business in the assigned verticals.

To succeed in this role you will need to have strong leadership skills a resultsdriven mindset a strong understanding of managing complex deals with large private and public entities; multistakeholder management communications and adapt easily to new scenarios.

What you will do at ODILO:

  • Manage Odilos partner account portfolio with a focus on closing and onboarding new partners and growing existing ones steadily.
  • Successfully achieve assigned revenue objectives and other performance KPIs. This involves weekly forecasting identifying deals conducting reviews and developing close plans in collaboration with partners and field sales.
  • Cultivate and nurture executivelevel relationships with key partners leveraging their global expertise and influence to develop joint growth plans accelerate revenue and establish Odilo as the goto platform for unlimited learning.
  • Your role will include identifying and aligning the right partners to the appropriate customer opportunities. You will coordinate and align partner activity with the direct sales team marketing and strategic alliance team. Additionally you will participate in partner quarterly business reviews resolve conflicts and engage partners through events and activities.
  • You will raise awareness of the channel strategy partner program and partner value among the field sales team.
  • You will proactively focus on building incremental qualified pipelines through partners. This includes collaborating with the direct sales team the partnership team and channel/field marketing to identify key sales plays run enablement and pipeline events and strategically invest partner development funds to drive pipeline growth in the district.

    The ideal candidate will bring:

    • Minimum of a B.A./B.S. degree required; MBA or equivalent work experience preferred.
    • At least 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
    • Extensive Partner Account Management (23 years) experience within a B2B SaaS environment preferably working in the corporate vertical.
    • Spanish native speaker level is a must.
    • Flexibility forhybrid work (our office is based in Madrid).
    • Deep understanding of sales performance metrics forecasting and sales negotiation techniques.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building robust client relationships.
    • Ability to respond promptly to customer and partner requests.
    • Strong problemsolving analytical and negotiation abilities.
    • Ability to travel as required.
    • Proficiency in working with CRM software and Account management systems.
    • Existing network of contacts with key SIVs/resellers in LATAM EU or Middle East would be a plus.
