To drive and deliver exceptional customer experience integrating our Experiential Retail pillars. Youre the Experiential Retail Champion in your store partnering with your management team to coach and develop the store team to success.
WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE
Experiential Retail Champion
Partner with your Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to lead by example on the shop floor ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer experience through our 3 experiential retail pillars: Community & Connection Memorable Moments and Inspiration & Innovative
Deliver a world class experience like no other ensuring the customer is at the heart of all decisions leading a centre of innovation and experimentation
Having a customer led mindset youll coach and develop the team on the shop floor to bring experiential retail to life. You will work closely with your management team to identify gaps with the instore experience and assess each teams individual training needs
Observe the customer experience on the shop floor and give in the moment feedback to the team celebrating successes and recognising opportunities to enhance the customer experience further
Encourage a harmonious customer experience ensuring the experiential retail pillars are being brought to life at every touch point.
Inspirational Growth & development
Partner with your Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to provide the support mentorship coaching and guidance that the team need to truly flourish and grow in their roles bringing our values & experiential retail pillars to life
Adopt a reverse leadership approach in order to recognise and celebrate team achievements and identify development opportunities for continuous growth
You will be inspiring and engaging and foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment
Provide an exceptional onboarding experience for newstarters to get them set up for success fully embodying our values and experiential retail pillars
Youre the expert in all things product related and will regularly update the team on new collections the stories behind the jewellery and how to style the customer in a personal way building longterm connections that drive loyalty
Measure the success of your training using the business KPIs to identify opportunities with future training sessions to build confidence to the team in store
Partner with your management team to deliver regular store training meetings and engaging and fun sessions that create an education culture in the store

This role is suitable for anyone at Supervisor level or above with a passion for Experiential Retail
You have a strong understanding of customer experience principles in a retail environment with a customer first mindset
You have a warm presence and your energy is infectious and authentically inspires those around you
You have the ability to mentor teams with an empathetic approach to create an environment fostered by learning growth and development
You recognise when to adapt training programs and have the ability to recognise different learning styles and the impact they can have
You are detailoriented with strong organisational and time management skills
