Responsible for overall IT Delivery of the Organization irrespective of technology and region
Act as PMO head helping and guiding the team of PMs to facilitate smooth delivery
Setting up a lean but effective end to end PMO process including project chartering kickoff
team formation delivery management tracking etc.
Liaison between Delivery PMO teams AND Leadership teams
Directly manage the Delivery managers of various technology streams and drive output
Work closely with Cross functional teams like Recruitment Finance Ops etc. as an
ambassador of IT Delivery
Works closely with Center heads Operation head Practice Heads Leadership in terms of
presenting required dashboards in terms of project health finances concerns as needed
Manage employees on the floor to drive results.
Setup selfsufficient delivery teams / Center of Excellence
Enhance Bench productivity / usage
Create Solid Pipeline of Resources for upcoming projects by working closely with different
leadership teams recruitment HR and Sales.
