Position Overview:As a GermanSpeaking Level 2 Technical Customer Advisor youll play a vital role in delivering advanced technical support to our customers. Working in a hybrid capacity from Bulgaria youll leverage your technical expertise and language skills to provide solutions and resolve complex technical issues. With a minimum of one year of technical support experience youll have the opportunity to further develop your skills and contribute to our teams success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advanced Technical Support: Provide expertlevel technical assistance to Germanspeaking customers addressing complex technical inquiries and resolving escalated issues efficiently and effectively.
  2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems utilizing your knowledge and expertise to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions.
  3. Customer Communication: Communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner ensuring they understand technical solutions and feel supported throughout the resolution process.
  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions technical solutions provided and any additional followup required ensuring comprehensive documentation for future reference.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including developers and engineers to escalate technical issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement of products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
  • Minimum of one year of technical support experience preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused approach.
  • Familiarity with technical support tools and systems.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related field (preferred but not required).
