We are looking for fluent German speakers with a good English level to work in a Sales and Marketing position. You will be assisting clients of renowned worldwide companies and working in an international environment.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Speak proficiently (C1/C2) German and have a good English level (B2)
- You have experience in outbound sales or digital marketing with a proven record of
driving revenue
- Willingness to learn
- You love advertising and sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good communication and soft skills
What you will have to do:
- Perform ad sales (craft lead generation and outreach strategies cold calls discovery
pitches advise on marketing strategies respond to and negotiate RFPs create media
plans overcome objections) to both warm and cold prospects evangelizing the
platform and explaining how audience can help their business
- Be the first point of contact and explain to prospects how advertising solutions fit into a broad marketing mix and influence budget allocation
- Work independently managing a full sales cycle from lead identification to close in
order to achieve monthly sales quotas
