Join our team as a Customer Service Agent specializing in voice support or nonvoice support. Located in the vibrant city of Riga Latvia this role involves handling customer queries through phone calls and ensuring exceptional resolution to end users. As part of a rapidly growing team you will contribute to the success of our operations by providing topnotch customer service.

Tasks

As a Customer Service Agent your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling phone calls with customer queries and providing resolutions.
  • Recording case resolutions on client communication via phone email and chat.
  • Meeting performance goals.
  • Working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external contacts.
  • Efficiently handling contacts based on response time and issue resolution goals.
  • Participating in training sessions as required.

Requirements

To excel in this role you should have:

  • Language at least C1 and English at least B1
  • Previous experience in an outsourced customer service environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Commitment to meeting performance goals and quality standards.
