German Customer Support Specialist - Local Only - Fully Remote

Job tasks;

Responsible for incoming phone calls from customers answering their questions and resolving their concerns regarding orders (returns complaints late shipments damaged goods) customer accounts invoices etc.
No previous experience is needed

Qualifications;
Excellent communication skills in German are essential (B2 to C1) written and spoken
Good communication skills and a customeroriented approach.
You know how to use a computer and are eager to learn
Adaptable to a new environment.
EU Passport is a must or Student/work permit in Slovakia

You can adapt to shift work between Monday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm including holidays and weekends

Two contract types;
Fulltime contract is 38.75 hours
Parttime Contract 20/25/30 hours per week is also possible).
