Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer Inquiries: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
2. Resolve Issues: Address customer concerns and issues with empathy and professionalism striving for firstcontact resolution whenever possible.
3. Ensure Satisfaction offer Guidance Analyse Issues.
Profile Must Have:
Strong phone and verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening.
Fluency in German both written and verbal.
Working proficiency in English.
Previous work experience in the travel airline hospitality or similar industry is advantageous.
Experience in a customer experience center is preferred.
Workplace:
Initial 3month training period in the office from 9:00 to 18:00.
Eligible for hybrid work arrangements after the 6th month based on performance.
Benefits:
14 nights in a city center hotel with breakfast included.
Reimbursement of travel expenses up to 490 BGN after 6 months.
