We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Customer Service team in Limerick Ireland. As a Customer Service Representative you will play a crucial role in providing support to both sellers and buyers on our online ticketing platform. If you possess excellent communication skills have a customercentric mindset and are ITminded we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team.

Tasks

  • Assist sellers in the sales process (account management) and address buyer inquiries through tickets and other communication channels.
  • Provide email and phone support to customers maintaining a balance between productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments as necessary and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support customers directly at major events worldwide.
  • Perform any other tasks as required.

Requirements

  • German speaking with EU passport
  • Customer Service experience is necessary.
  • Fluent in C1C2 English.
  • Strong soft skills and the ability to push back when necessary.
  • ITminded with proficiency in Microsoft Teams and online systems.

Benefits

  • Annual salary: 27000.
  • End of year review potential performance bonus.
  • 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with a requirement for weekend work based on business needs.
  • 1hour breaks.
  • Annual leave of 30 days (including public holidays).
  • Ongoing contract with a 6month trial period.
  • Development opportunities: Team lead trainer in the department in China and the US as the company promotes from within.

Relocation:

  • Flight: Up to 200 reimbursed after 90 days.
  • Accommodation: Rent up to EUR 1270 as part of the relocation package (onetime payment).

Additional Information:

  • Training period: 4 weeks (MonFri) with no days off during the first 3 months including 2 weeks of content training and 2 weeks of onthejob training.
  • Continuous training and support with assessments during the first 2 weeks.
  • Social activities at work: Events every 3 months.
  • Private health insurance after 1 month of working for the company.
  • Casual dress code and free onsite parking.
