Role Overview:

As a German Customer Advisor youll deliver stellar service to our clientele addressing inquiries and resolving issues through phone email and chat channels. Collaborating closely with internal teams youll elevate the customer experience and contribute to refining processes. This role presents an opportunity to wield significant influence and ensure utmost customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and handle cases and errands from our main queue chat and mail: Youll be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries and requests received through various channels including our main queue chat platform and email system.
  • Handling questions from customers: Youll provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions ensuring that their concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Handling complaints: In the event of customer complaints youll listen attentively to their concerns empathize with their situation and work towards finding a suitable resolution maintaining a positive and professional demeanor throughout the interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Native in German
  • B2 proficiency in English
