We are seeking an experienced General Manager Operations Security for an onsite fulltime role located in Hyderabad.

The General Manager Operations Security will be responsible for the successful operation of security and safety management services.

Requirements

Oversee all aspects of security operations growth business expansions and ensure efficient functioning of the department.

Develop and implement operational strategies goals and objectives in alignment with the companys vision & set target

Monitor and optimize operational processes to maximize productivity profitability and manage overall P&L function for the department.

Lead and manage a diverse team providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and finance to drive business growth

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices

Analyze operational data and prepare reports to demonstrate key performance indicators

Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
