Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage and supervise all daytoday operations.
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth.
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
  • Set policies and implement processes.
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
  • Direct the employee assessment process.
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management.
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations.
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline employee conflicts loss of business to competitors)
  • Review and define control points within the manufacturing processes and implement them using inspection plans and quality specifications.
  • Work with operators inspector(s) customers suppliers and Process Engineering on questions or issues that arise from general daily activities.
  • Maintain knowledge of factory orders daily status and ensure ontime delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus and accuracy while performing highly detailed work.
  • Ability to produce quality work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with FMEA C&E Matrix Detail Process and Value Stream Mapping Root Cause Analysis and Error Proofing tools
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100A.
  • Proven analytical and problemsolving skills including statistical data analysis and interpretation as well as the ability to develop implement and drive improvement plans and project teams to successful completion.
  • Strong background in the use and understanding of key quality and manufacturing performance metrics.
  • Strong communication skills in Englishverbal & written planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Due to ITAR requirements applicants must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Education:

BS Business Management or Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.

In lieu of above 610 years of technical work experience in electronics manufacturing/engineering or related field.

Experience:

Prior experience working within printed circuit board (PCB) or electronics manufacturing environments.

  • 35 years of experience as a Manager or Supervisor
