Position Overview:

As a Restaurant General Manager in Training you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for a leadership role within our organization. Youll learn the ins and outs of restaurant operations team management customer service and financial management. Upon successful completion of the training program youll be promoted to a fullfledged Restaurant General Manager position.

Responsibilities:
  • Learn the Ropes: Gain handson experience in all aspects of restaurant management including frontofhouse backofhouse and administrative tasks.
  • Team Leadership: Develop leadership skills by overseeing staff scheduling and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Financial Acumen: Learn to manage budgets control costs and optimize profitability.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize guest satisfaction and uphold our high standards of service.
  • Compliance: Understand and enforce health and safety regulations food handling protocols and company policies.
  • ProblemSolving: Tackle operational challenges and find creative solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other managers and team members to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
  • Passion for Hospitality: You love the restaurant industry and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Leadership Potential: Youre eager to learn and take on increasing responsibilities.
  • Excellent Communication: Clear communication skills are essential.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Previous Experience: Some experience in restaurant management or related roles preferred.
  • Tenure: No more than two jobs in the last five years or three in the last nine (closings and relocations do not count)
  • Successes: Ability to articulate personal and team successes
  • Commutability: Valid Driver license
