Job Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations in Rotterdam. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a steady leader able to bring our business to the next level. This role involves a broad variety of responsibilities including team management budgeting and the development and implementation of strategic business and marketing plans.

Essential criteria for this post:

Proven experience as a General Manager within a health club setting
Excellent knowledge of the health and fitness or wellness industry
A leader capable to manage guide and motivate a team
Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
Aptitude in decisionmaking and problemsolving

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Lead the team to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue optimization.
• Budget management: Manage all fiscal operations including budget development forecasting and financial reporting.
• Strategic planning: Develop and implement business strategies that will promote the growth of the business
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with all stakeholders including employees clients suppliers and partners.
