* Should have minimum 25 years of post Qualification experience out of which min 10 years of experience should be heading the HR department of a large organization.
Should have adequate exposure of HR functions policies & practices including talent acquisition retention career planning establishing and managing performance system for performance measurement training & development general administration and public relations.
Should have Experience in formulating and implementing HR policies / practices including Manpower planning Succession Planning is a requirement.
Should have experience in handling employee grievances and dealing with unions for maintaining harmonious environment and thereby contribute to corporate decision making.
Should be well conversant with Industrial Relations Labour Laws and compliance related activities.
Should be able to liaison with statutory authorities for Industrial Relations / Human Resource matters.
Should have adequate exposure to contract management system compensation & benefit.
She should be Computer & Technology Savvy and must have exposure to SAP.
Good communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English & Gujarati are essential.
