We are looking for driven tenacious passionate fitness professionals for this Club Manager position in South London. This is an opportunity not to be missed for an experienced manager within the fitness industry ready to take that next step up into running a Club like your own business! This is a role offering a fantastic opportunity to manage a gorgeous and fresh to market club.

We are looking for commerciallyminded candidates who have experience within the fitness industry and have a proven track record of exceeding targets/KPIs. We are ideally looking for candidates who have experience working in commercial fitness and/or large boutique studios. You must be service orientated and have a passion for product.

What will you be doing

This role requires an individual who is passionate about fitness service and standards and is hands on be prepared to lead from the front. As the Club Manager youll be managing the club as your own. You must have a real passion for the industry and enjoy motivating members and creating a world class fitness experience! Driving sales and new membership activity is very important for this fitness job and you will also be responsible for recruiting an amazing team around you.

Some of the key responsibilities of this fitness job:

Meeting and exceeding club targets and KPIs.

Passionate about people & the importance to the business

Heading up all club operations including rotas studio payroll and completing opening/closing shifts

Delivering outstanding member service and representing this fabulous brands high standards at all times

Management and development of your team

Keeping in control of stock management

Being part of an amazing membership community ensuring retention

Ensuring health and safety procedures are always followed

Proven successful track record within a sales/commercial management role in the fitness industry

Energy and enthusiasm a real passion for the job!

Confidence! Be the face of the Club and someone who loves building relationships with the team and members

Currently in a similar management role and looking for your next challenge

Exceptional customer service skills

Excellent organisational skills

Proven examples of working towards and meeting/ exceeding KPIs

Flexible with shifts and able to support with opens/ closes and weekends where required
