Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Senior AI Architect & Research Scientist with comprehensive experience in Gen AI and a proven track record of leading architectural initiatives. This position requires expertise in Gen AI technologies Azure Open AI Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong research background in Gen AI topics LLMs and Azure Open AI coupled with practical experience in data science.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead endtoend implementation of Gen AI projects including architecture design development deployment and optimization.
2. Conduct research in Gen AI LLMs Prompt Engineering and related fields to drive innovation and stay abreast of the latest developments.
3. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
4. Design and implement ETL pipelines to support data ingestion processing and transformation.
5. Deploy machine learning models at scale leveraging cloud infrastructure and DevOps best practices.
6. Evaluate the performance of LLMs and other AI models identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and machine learning.

Requirements:

1. Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in data science and AI development.
3. Extensive expertise in Gen AI Azure Open AI LLMs and Prompt Engineering.
4. Proficiency in Python programming and experience with ETL pipeline design.
5. Demonstrated experience deploying ML models at scale in production environments.
6. Familiarity with healthcarefocused ML model development is preferred but not required.
7. Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
