HNW family in part time residence are looking for a pro active Gardening couple to care for the 12 acre grounds of their home near Bicester Oxfordshire.
Important that both are happy to be working in the garden one to be a knowledgeable/experienced gardener and the other happy to work alongside or be directed. Duties to include mowing strimming blowing leaves sweeping pathways planting pruning weeding etc. No other staff are employed in the garden although contractors such as tree surgeons etc can be brought in when required.
Another couple are employed to look after all housekeeping duties. Occasionally it will be necessary for one part of the couple to help inside to support the housekeeping team with adhoc cleaning and laundry duties cover will also be needed during holidays. No cooking required.
Useful if both drive due to the country location but only one is essential.
Separate staff accommodation is provided. Pets considered but regret not suitable for dependants.
This diverse role would best suit a flexible pro active self managing couple. The role is principally Monday Friday 84 or 95 with flexibility to help on occasional weekends (time off in lieu).
Salary negotiable around 70k gross pa according to previous experience.
