Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute fundraising plans and strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and approach potential donors including individuals corporations and foundations.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors.
• Organize and coordinate fundraising events and campaigns.
• Create compelling fundraising materials and proposals.
• Conduct prospect research to identify new funding opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fundraising initiatives.
• Manage donor databases and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Provide excellent donor stewardship and customer service.
• Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance and report on outcomes.
• Stay updated on fundraising trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field.
• Proven experience in fundraising sales or donor relations.
• Strong understanding of fundraising techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM software and fundraising platforms.
• Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of ethical fundraising practices and regulations.
