we are looking for a Functional Designer Security Frameworks
The candidate will work within the IT organisation on various medium / large projects.
In his role he will discuss requirements for setting up robust IT applications and processes around authentication and electronic signature analyse them and design IT solutions.
The solution will cover domains such as data in & output data extraction storage & traceability user interface monitoring alerting reporting etc.
The candidate will also follow up on the implementation of his designs be part of the testing phase organize the work of the project and participate in the aftercare of it.
Proven experience with user requirements gathering and functional analysis in an IT environment is a must general knowledge of authentication protocols would be very useful but is not necessarily needed.
The candidate will be working in a dynamic and innovative context.
He/she will join a young team where he/she can help us to evolve our authentication and electronic signature systems and all around it.
Objective of the job
The job concerns the functional design and coordination of framework services and infrastructure for the AG Insurance business software development teams (IS) within the Security Framework team.
The candidate will contribute to evolution of
authentication system integration with different partners (SSO)
management tools around authentication and security
processes linked to security and access management
processes linked to electronic signature
Main objectives:
Functional and technical design of the solution components (initially coached by more senior team members)
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Followup of implementation team
Testing of the solution
Help build positive team spirit.
Additional objectives:
Prepare and hold user requirements sessions with end users (initially coached by more senior team members)
Describe user requirements and get business commitment (initially coached by more senior team members)
Followup of Acceptance Testing
Ensure regular progress reporting to the Management.
Requirements
Language : Good English AND French OR Dutch
Required Knowledge and Experience
Min. 3 years of professional experience in analysis
Min. 3 years SQL experience
General knowledge in IT platforms.
Analysis of the requirements of users and business
Making the functional requirements (global and detailed user requirements) for IT in function of the business requirements
Looking continuously for improvement of processes and applications
Preparing and organising the user acceptance tests
Taking the serviceafterdelivery for your account
Assembling the necessary documentation for new or adapted processes and functionalities Describing the test scenarios prepare test data and organize the test execution in collaboration with the tester/test coordinator.
Informing the concerned parties in a structured and efficient way about the progress of the projects
Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel at least)
Software development tools (Jira Azure Devops)
Preferable:
Knowledge of business architecture principles
Agile project methodology. With scrum master PO or lead analystresponsibilities as a plus.
Knowledge of authentication protocols: SAML OAuth and WsFed
Knowledge of security practices
