Job Description:

We are seeking a talented IT Business Analyst to join our aerospace company in Brussels where we are currently undergoing a significant digital transformation. Our ambitious projects include the implementation of cuttingedge technologies like Salesforce CRM new mobile applications websites and the establishment of an analytics department focused on predictive analytics for our valuable assets. As a Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with key business stakeholders defining requirements crafting product system designs and overseeing the successful implementation of these projects. Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify and document detailed business requirements. Understand their specific needs challenges and objectives.
   

2. System Design: Translate business requirements into welldefined system designs that align with the companys strategic objectives and technology roadmap.
   

3. Project Management: Take ownership of project management ensuring that projects are executed on time within budget and meet stakeholder expectations.
   

4. Communication: Act as a bridge between business and technology teams facilitating effective communication and ensuring that technical solutions meet business requirements.
   

5. Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality assurance teams to define and validate test cases guaranteeing that solutions adhere to quality and performance standards.
   

6. Change Management: Participate in the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition and effective user adoption of new technologies.
   

7. Vendor Management: If necessary liaise with thirdparty vendors to ensure their products and services meet our requirements and standards.
   

8. Risk Management: Identify and address project risks and issues and proactively propose solutions to keep projects on track.
   

9. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements design specifications and user guides.
   

10. Training: Collaborate on the creation and delivery of training materials to facilitate user adoption of new technologies.
    

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or a related field.
  

• Demonstrated experience as an IT Business Analyst preferably within a digital applications or transformation environment. (26 years of experience)
  

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  

• Project management skills including familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  

• Familiarity with various technologies such as CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) mobile applications websites and analytics tools.
  

• Previous experience in the aerospace industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  

• Adaptability and willingness to learn and embrace new technologies in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
