Full Time / Entry Level - Research Data Analyst (Remote)

The Research Data Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data for various research projects. This individual will work closely with the Director of Research and Analysis to identify trends and patterns in data, and to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the collection and analysis of data from various sources, including surveys, databases, and other research tools
• Use statistical software to analyze data and identify trends and patterns
• Prepare data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Director of Research and Analysis to design and implement research projects
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through quality control procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in data analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with statistical software (such as R, SPSS, or SAS)
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for working with data and interest in research
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with a team
