Full stack software engineer

Tasks

• Collaborate with Product Manager, UX Designer, Data Engineers and peers to understand business requirements and shape exciting new product features
• Participate in technical design discussions to challenge and propose alternate approaches
• Be responsible and develop best-in-class web applications end-to-end (front-end, APIs, data pipelines), which are scalable, fast and robust
• Test, debug, monitor and actively support our applications, APIs and data pipelines

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in all listed areas, but we will interview candidates with related experience with a track record of learning new

• Experience with algorithms and data structures
• Strong experience in web development, including API and performance optimization
• Experience with a JavaScript framework, with a strong preference for React
• Experience in backend development with , TypeScript
• Experience in relational databases and optimization
• Experience in building data pipelines using big data technologies, such as Spark

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of several Amazon Web Services
• Knowledge of GraphQL and Apollo federation
• Experience with Java Spring Boot development
