Full Stack RPA Developer - Fractional

• This is a fractional role. 20 hours will be allocated to VargasAndrews and another 20 hours will be designated to a startup client in Australia.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented RPA Developer with a strong background in Full Stack Development to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing robotic process automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. Your expertise in both RPA and Full Stack Development will be crucial in creating robust automation workflows and integrating them seamlessly into our existing systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand and document process requirements and specifications
• Analyze evaluate and recommend automation opportunities and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain bots to automate repetitive tasks ensuring accuracy and reliability in execution.
• Conduct testing and validation of automated processes to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Integrate RPA workflows with existing software applications databases APIs and web services using Full Stack Development technologies.
• Provide training and support to endusers and other team members on RPA implementation and best practices.
• Ongoing support maintenance and administration of automated business processes.
• Stay updated on the latest RPA trends tools and technologies to continuously improve automation capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as an RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism or similar RPA platforms.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C# Java Python or JavaScript for Full Stack Development.
• Experience with frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript etc.) and modern web frameworks/libraries (React Angular Vue.js etc.).
  Proficiency in backend development using frameworks such as .NET Node.js Django or Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with relevant database management systems and data integration techniques.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problemsolving skills attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and convey technical concepts to nontechnical audiences. Node JS)
• Proficiency with GPT4 Zappier Power Automate Power Bi Zoho Ms365 Powershell

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in RPA technologies (UiPath Certified Developer Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and DevOps practices (CI/CD version control automation).
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their integration with RPA for cognitive automation.
• Understanding of security and compliance standards related to automation and data privacy.
