Job Description

6 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with strong Python skills.
Proficient in Django or similar Python frameworks.
Experience with frontend technologies including Bootstrap and CSS to create dynamic and highly responsive user interfaces.
Strong understanding of databases specifically PostgreSQL and caching mechanisms like Redis.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Write reusable testable and efficient code.
Ensure the integration of userfacing elements with serverside logic adhering to security and data protection protocols.
Utilize Django PostgreSQL Redis Bootstrap and CSS to develop robust applications. Lead the integration of frontend and backend aspects of the applications.
Working with project managers clients and the design team to understand the enduser requirements and translating them into technical specifications.Research evaluate and implement new technology to optimize application development. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
As the team grows mentor junior developers and guide them in their projects

Nice to Have:
Experience with ReactJS and/or HTMX.
Experience with cloud services (AWS GCP Azure).
Previous experience leading a team of software engineers.
Experience building B2B web apps in the Ecommerce industry.
