Full Stack Developer Ruby on Rails

Overview:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in web development with expertise in Ruby on Rails and proficiency in front-end technologies such as React JS or JavaScript. Additionally, experience with HTML, CSS, and various JavaScript frameworks will be advantageous. The candidate should have a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality code in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Design and implement user interfaces using React JS or JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of overall experience in web development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Ruby on Rails, preferably in recent projects.
• Proficiency in React JS or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js and Angular.js is desirable.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
