Full-Stack Developer
Location: Brussels
Engagement Model: Near-site
Compensation: 274.28 - 411.62/day
Role Responsibilities:
- Craft intuitive front-end web applications.
- Architect seamless user experiences on web interfaces.
- Build robust back-end web systems.
- Define and integrate core business functionalities.
- Establish servers and databases to drive application functionalities.
- Ensure top-tier security measures and data safety.
- Optimize for cross-platform usability.
- Construct adaptive, responsive applications.
- Design and deploy effective APIs.
- Engage in the ideation and realization of scalable software solutions.
- Lead projects when necessary.
- Uphold code quality and systematic organization.
- Produce efficient code for both the front- and back-end.
- Delve into data analytics and modeling.
- Identify and rectify coding challenges and inefficiencies.
- Balance technical requirements with end-user demands.
- Author comprehensive technical documentation.
Required Expertise & Skills:
- Mastery of core front-end languages: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong experience with JavaScript tools: Angular and Bootstrap.
- Solid understanding of application design principles.
- Expertise in back-end languages and tools: Java, PHP, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Proficient with Relational DBMS, notably Oracle and MySQL.
- Familiarity with code versioning platforms, e.g., Git or SVN.
- Self-driven and self-reliant.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural, global setting.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills.
- An eagle eye for details.
- Proven aptitude for problem-solving.
Professional Experience:
- 6+ years in information systems design.
- 6+ years in Java, especially with design patterns.
- 6+ years in crafting secure web applications.
- 6+ years with relational databases, Oracle or MySQL specifically.
- 6+ years in SQL.
- 6+ years working with the Spring framework.
- 4+ years with the Angular2 framework.
- 4+ years in XML.
- 4+ years in developing SOAP or REST web services.
- 3+ years utilizing JIRA and GIT.
