Frontend Magento Developer

This is a remote position.

• Collaborate with our development team to implement frontend features and enhancements on our Magento 2 eCommerce platform.
  
• Customize and optimize Magento 2 themes and templates to meet design and performance requirements.
  
• Develop responsive and userfriendly interfaces using HTML5 CSS JavaScript and Magento UI components.
  
• Integrate frontend components with backend functionalities including APIs and data sources.
  
• Ensure crossbrowser compatibility and responsiveness of the Magento 2 frontend across various devices and screen sizes.
  
• Participate in the design and implementation of user interface improvements and new features.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontendissues ensuring the platforms stability and reliability.
  
• Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and Magento 2 best practices to continuously improve our development processes and standards
  

Requirements

• Solid experience working with Magento 2 frontend development including Magento UI components themes and templates.
  
• Proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (including ES6) and frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g. jQuery).
  
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and crossbrowser compatibility.
  
• Experience with Magento 2 theme customization layout customization and frontend configuration.
  
• Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Grunt Gulp or Webpack.
  
• Knowledge of Magento 2 architecture including layouts blocks and templates.
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers backend developers and other team members.
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
  
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
