We are seeking a fulltime or parttime Front Desk Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will manage our residential and walkin sales as well as all receivable and payable operations. Wages commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage all residential and small commercial work inquiries
Give phone quotes and take phone and overthecounter orders for glass mirror window and shower door products
Write up and schedule work orders
Perform all functions relating to accounts payable and accounts receivable including Quickbooks entry
Qualifications:
Must have strong communication skills
35 years experience in glass shop front office work
Should be able to read architectural plans and visualize shower door and mirror projects from customer s phone descriptions
Quickbooks experience is a plus
Must be team oriented
Previous construction customer service experience is a plus
Journeyman electrician in an industrial manufacturing setting
