FRONT OF HOUSE RESTAURANT MANAGER $55000 $60000 Medical Insurance 80% paid

Be a part of the fun and excitement of New Orleans managing the Front of House operations of one of New Orleans popular restaurants. You will be proud to lead the team serving up a great experience with fresh scratch food in an inviting ambiance.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a highquality dining room.
  • Oversee the daily operation of FOH staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor quality of food and service.
  • Ensure restaurant meets all Health Department requirements .
  • Help monitor P&L to maximize profitability.
  • Hire train and develop your team.
  • Control FOH operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
  • Collaborate with chefs and other staff to plan menus considering potential food allergies and seasonal variations.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Assist in managing the restaurants image and suggest ways to improve it.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years Restaurant Manager experience in a highvolume restaurant with a scratch kitchen.
  • Knowledge of common food safety practices.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership motivational and people skills.
