We are recruiting for this exciting new role in West London. We are looking for driven hardworking individuals for this excellent new role with this leading leisure brand. We are looking for a Front of House Manager to drive retention listen to members and develop a team to deliver on excellent customer service. It is their mission to provide inclusive and safe environments where they deliver supportive and professional services for all ages abilities and backgrounds to make a real difference and an enjoyable customer experience for all users of the Centres facility.

The role

As our Front of HouseManager youll be the driving force behind member loyalty and satisfaction. Reporting to the Sales & Membership Manager your role is to turn cancellations into connections. The role involves making outbound calls listen closely to members and ensure a stellar customer service journey.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reconnect with cancelled member through outbound calls using insightful questions to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Offer excellent customer service across multiple platforms resolving queries and providing guidance.
  • Collaborate with team managers to enhance customer experiences contribute to facility maintenance and innovate for positive change.
  • Manage customer sales bookings and inquiries with precision and professionalism.
  • Nurture relationships internally and externally building lasting connections that enhance our community.

What are we looking for

  • Someone who is able to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs
  • Excellent organisational skills and adeptness in using CRM and booking software.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written to excel in diverse customer interactions.
  • Techsavvy mindset with proficiency in computer skills.
