What does the role entail?

Your role as the Front of House Manager will be to lead the hotel's Front of House creating a welcoming environment for all. You will work alongside the rest of the hotel teams, fostering up-and-coming talent. You will oversee the Front of House of the hotel, providing a positive work atmosphere and being the voice of customers for the site. You will also be working on group bookings and seasonal events and weddings. Finally, you will ensure the company acquires, retains, and trains new members to have an optimal happy workforce.

What skills will you have?

The ideal candidate for this Front of House Manager role will be able to perform the above duties easily. It would be advantageous if you have experience in front-of-house management. It would also be beneficial if you have experience managing a team and being up to date on current customer trends.
