Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Front-end Developer;
- 1+ year as a Team Lead;
- Proven experience with HTML5, CSS3 i SASS, React, Redux & Hooks;
- Experience with REST APIs, GIT, Jira;
- Fluent English;
- Exceptional interpersonal andcommunicationskills: abletocollaborate effectively within ateam and a strong sense of project ownership;
- Line management experience.
About the position:
- Workingon React single-page applications;
- Doing code review for the team members;
- Developing the teams technical and soft skills;
- Holding daily meetings andplanning sessions;
- Maintaining strong code quality across the team and adhering tocoding standard;
- Establishinga team development plan;
- Being actively involved in the hiring process to increase the number of frontend developers.
