Job Description for QA (FrontEnd React Developer)

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend development with a focus on React.js.

Responsibilities:

Design develop and implement user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux Flux and Webpack.

Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality.

Implement Single SignOn (SSO) authentication models to ensure secure access control across internal applications.

Collaborate with backend developers and web designers to improve usability and meet technical requirements.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop.

Adopt and implement the most common React libraries and methods to enhance application efficiency and maintainability.

Write clean scalable and documented code adhering to best practices in frontend development.

Participate in code reviews and team meetings to discuss and implement web development best practices and innovative solutions.

Stay updated on emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Knowledge & Skills:

5 Years working with React.js and its core principles along with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).

Experience with complex data structures and JSON manipulation.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

Thorough understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating frontend UI with backend services.

Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token (JWT) and OAuth2.

Experience with common frontend development tools.

Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.

Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced agile team environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Scope & Impact:

Collaborates with project managers UX/UI designers and other engineers to deliver highquality frontend applications for internal use.

Contributes to the continuous improvement of the development process influencing project outcomes and team productivity.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
