Overview:

The Front Desk Executive plays a crucial role in the organization as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This position requires exceptional customer service skills as well as the ability to multitask and maintain a professional and organized front desk environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet clients and visitors with a positive helpful attitude
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
  • Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations
  • Manage and maintain visitor logs and security protocols
  • Assist and support administrative tasks as needed
  • Handle and resolve client inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure overall client satisfaction
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all security and safety procedures
  • Contribute to a positive and dynamic working environment
  • Assist in adhoc administrative projects as assigned
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a front desk receptionist or customer service role
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Professional and presentable appearance
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • Familiarity with security and safety protocols
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities
  • Availability to work flexible hours if required
