Role and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly offering assistance and creating a positive atmosphere.
- Efficiently handle cash transactions providing accurate change and receipts.
- Process payments using electronic systems and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Answer inquiries about products services and pricing.
- Manage reservations checkins and checkouts for hotel or retail establishments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problemsolving.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk or cash register area.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
- Uphold a high level of integrity and confidentiality in financial transactions.
- Multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Candidate Qualifications: 12th Pass or Graduate or any Diploma Holder
