Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Front Desk Coordinator will be:

• Provide professional and friendly client support via phone email and face to face
• Responding to enquiries and handling different problems
• Ensure quality and professional service
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and follow up of customer information
• Record all information in the internal system

Requirements

Skills qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• A nativelevel proficiency in Spanish with a good command of English
• A minimum of 5 years of receptionist/front desk experience preferably within a clinic environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Confident ability of handling administrative tasks
• You are customer service orientateda strong team player with a friendly attitude
