French Translator- Intern

Current Opening:

We are looking for “French TranslatorInterns” to join our dynamic Media team. As a Translation Intern you will play a crucial role in expanding our website's reach and impact. You will be entrusted with translating our English blogs into French. Working closely with our content team you'll ensure the translations maintain the original tone style and message making adjustments as necessary to resonate with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate website blogs from English into French while retaining the original meaning tone and style. Number of blogs translated will be 4 per day 20 per week and 80 per month.
• Collaborate with the content team to understand the context and nuances of each piece.
• Conduct selfreviews to ensure accuracy and coherence in translation.
• Suggest changes to improve the reader's understanding and engagement.

Who can apply

• Currently pursuing or have recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program in any discipline with a strong emphasis on foreign language studies in French.
• Advanced proficiency in French as well as English.
• Exceptional writing skills with an ability to adapt style and tone.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality translations.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with a remote team.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in translation or content creation.
• Familiarity with the cultural nuances of the french language.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Internship period: 4 months (flexible)
• Type: Parttime (WFH)
• Stipend: INR 10000 per month

Location: We are a fully remote working organization. The entire process from application to selection will be virtual/online mode. Post joining the working mode will be online/work from home.
