French teacher- Amazing school in Enfield- April start

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging French lessons to students ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and learning objectives
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes students language acquisition and cultural understanding
• Assess students progress through various formative and summative assessments providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement
• Establish effective classroom management strategies to facilitate a conducive learning environment
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and educational staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on students academic performance and progress
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching strategies and stay updated with educational trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Education or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
• Fluency in French with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven experience teaching French to students at the primary or secondary level
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks for language education
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
• Excellent classroom management skills with a proactive and positive approach
• Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students lives
• Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
