Freight Forwarding Operation Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete logistics lifecycle for air and ocean shipments.
• Create and manage shipping documentation bookings schedules customs clearance and truck dispatch.
• Resolve customer inquiries and collaborate with international partners.
• Conduct monthly financial settlements including accurate billing and P&L reporting.
• Maintain and improve logistics KPIs.

Qualifications:

• A customerfirst mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management for import/export.
• At least entrylevel experience in the logistics sector 1 years preferred.
• Independent work ethic team collaboration skills and multitasking abilities.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be bilingual (Korean and English)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Fulltime role MonFri 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Salary range: $40K (Entry Level) to $50K
