Overview

The Freelancer US Recruiter plays a crucial role in talent acquisition and contributes to the growth and success of the organization by identifying and engaging top talent for various positions. This role demands a skilled individual who can effectively source screen and connect with potential candidates while maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize various channels for candidate sourcing such as job boards social media and professional networks.
  • Screen and assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit for specific roles.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct phone video and inperson interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on recruitment best practices industry trends and legal requirements.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and hiring processes.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates for various positions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented.
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload effectively.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.
  • Professional certification in HR or recruitment is preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Proactive and resultsdriven mindset.
